Eloy Jáuregui (Lima, 1955) is a popular and controversial journalist, his articles are collected in the book You are guilty (2004) - speech pathologist Lima and popular culture. However, it began as an enthusiastic young poet, a member of the second generation of the group Zero Hour. His poems included in various compilations, but these days has just published his first book: Deep hair. Or broken string guitar (Hinge, 2010).

texts gathered here have been posted at different times using different poetic and using different registers of language. In the first section ("Chest tip"), recreates the discourse of the chroniclers of the sixteenth century, to offer an ironic and critical version of the conquest of Peru. In another, the poet has episodes of his life, but in light of his reading and favorite works, with a true display of quotations, neologisms and adjectives always accurate.

Other poetry and themes in Deep hair, and they all proved to be an author Jáuregui efficient with a broad and careful vocabulary of sound and rhythm of his verses, features more typical of cultic poetry that vitalism Zero Hour. Despite his obvious achievements, these poems are always some epigonal character, perhaps because they are proposals that others have developed fully and take greater risks.
